Ron is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Res-I-Tec and oversees all operations. He is also a field technician and holds home inspection licenses in Connecticut and Massachusetts. Ron is the founder and first President of the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI). A Real Estate Instructor, he was named "Educator of the Year" in 2002 by the Connecticut Association of Realtors. As chairman of the first Home Inspector License Board for the state, Ron has appeared on numerous radio and national television shows such as Good Morning America, CBS News, 48 Hours, American Journal, NBC Dateline and HGTV. He is currently a Senior Technical Instructor for the American Home Inspectors Training Institute. Ron has two grown children and lives in Redding with Betty, his wife of 45 years. He enjoys gardening, internet surfing and day trips.

Joe is a graduate of Immaculate High School in Danbury and holds a B.A. in Business Administration from Western Connecticut State University. He resides in Danbury with his wife, Jo Ann, and their two children. His hobbies include collecting toy trains and tinkering with old cars.
Joe is the Financial Officer and Office Manager for Res-I-Tec and has been affiliated with the company since 1987. Joe's responsibilities include coordination of day-to-day operations, purchasing, and financial management. Joe also assists in coordinating the field staff and laboratory work.

Roberts' interest in construction began as a child working alongside his Father who built hundreds of homes in Connecticut. He graduated high school in 1957, served four years in the United States Coast Guard then returned to the construction industry as a contractor and builder. He studied Construction Methods and other selected subjects at Norwalk and Westchester Community Colleges.
He developed interest in the Home Inspection Profession during the early 1970s' and has been working with Res-I-Tec Home Inspection Company since 1975. He is a Charter Member of the American Society of Home Inspectors and one of the first groups of Inspectors to be licensed in the State of Connecticut.
Robert is Vice-President of Technical Operations at Res-I-Tec, Inc.. He keeps the technical file; helps develop educational programs and train inspectors. He is qualified to lecture his peers and accredited to lecture continuing educational programs for Realtors. Robert is a Senior Trainer for the American Home Inspection Training Institute.
Robert has had a variety of interests from cooking to sports. He is presently working on his golf game.

Res-I-Tec is proud to announce the addition of Radames (Rad) Lamenza, P.E. to our inspection staff. Rad joins us with 40 years of experience as a mechanical engineer, specializing in heating, ventilation and air conditioning; and a BSME from the University of Puerto Rico. He resides in Danbury with his family.
Rad is fluent in English and Spanish and is also experienced as an ESL instructor and translator, as a member of the American Translators Association. Rad is available for inspections throughout our service area.

Judy is a graduate of Ellenburg High School in upstate New York. She made her home in Bethel, Connecticut in 1971 and has four children and two grandchildren. Her hobbies include gardening, crocheting, cross stitching.
Judy is the office administrator and has been with Res-I-Tec since 1996. Judy's responsibilities include scheduling field and laboratory projects, coordinating sub contractors and record keeping. Judy is also capable of answering most questions on technical and non-technical matters.
Judy's nickname around the office is "superior rulerette".
